Dental Administrator

We have an opening for a full time Dental Receptionist. Experience in a dental office, & use of Dentrix is preferred. We are seeking a candidate that is professional, friendly, team oriented and great at multi-tasking.

Responsibilities for this Receptionist position include, but are not limited to:

• Answering and managing phone calls
• Confirming and scheduling patient appointments
• Collecting patient information and insurance information
• Collecting out standing balances or copays
• Understanding / reading the ledger
• Explaining treatment / scheduling
• Coordinating appointments
• Requesting medical records
• Verifying patient insurance
• Checking patients in/ out
• Software- Dentrix Ascend - cloud base

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
