Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cellular Mobility Sales Professional / Manager to lead and grow our mobility sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cellular mobility landscape, including knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of Sales Professionals to achieve targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the multi-carrier cellular mobility sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Professionals to excel and meet performance goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
Skills:
- Proven track record of success in cellular mobility sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of cellular mobility technologies, products, and services.
