Starting Pay:
15.25 -17.25 Depending on House Assignment
Professional Development Incentive
Earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour for completing DSP Level training and gaining experience with Grace Reliant.
Monthly Bonuses:
Earn up to $75 monthly for attendance and punctuality.

Job Overview:
- Provide in-home support to the clients of Grace Reliant Health Services.
- Provide assistance in accordance with client’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
- Conduct and assist with daily tasks according to needs. (Shopping, cleaning, cooking, hygiene)
- Transport clients to appointments, classes and activities as needed
Requirements:
Over 18
GED / High School Diploma
MUST HAVE:Valid Driver’s License
MUST HAVE:Your own vehicle with current insurance
Ability To Pass Background Check
