Job Summary:
ACS is seeking an Executive Project Management Assistant, a key role designed to streamline and oversee critical aspects of our product lifecycle and customer engagement strategies. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, Project Management, and operational efficiency, supporting both our commercial and e-commerce divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cradle to Grave New Product Sample Project Management: Oversee new product projects from inception to market launch, ensuring timely progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Commercial Lead Database Building and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a robust database of commercial leads to support sales and marketing efforts.
- E-commerce Messaging Management: Handle customer communications on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient issue resolution.
- Dead Stock Liquidation: Strategize and implement plans to liquidate dead stock, optimizing inventory levels and recovering value.
- Social Media Development and Expansion: Contribute to the growth and engagement of our social media channels, enhancing brand presence and customer interaction.
- Customer Returns Processing: Manage the processing of customer returns, ensuring a smooth operation that maintains customer satisfaction.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake various projects and tasks as directed by the leadership team, contributing to the overall success of ACS.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management and a keen analytical mindset.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and database management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to adapt to diverse working environments, including occasional work in warehouse settings.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to receive feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.50 - $31.25 per hour
