Job Description:
As the Executive Personal Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our Principal, providing both executive and personal support essential to the smooth functioning of our organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the Principal's time is optimized, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, representing the Principal with professionalism and discretion.
In addition to managing busy schedules and coordinating appointments, you'll play a crucial role in handling projects of varying complexities from inception to completion. Your meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are executed with precision. Executive Support Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact, managing emails and calendars with precision.
- Keep the Principal's schedule on track, organizing tasks and appointments.
- Handle urgent issues, staying in sync with the Principal and staff.
- Manage IT solutions and coordinate updates.
- Liaise with the board and senior management on sensitive matters.
- Take charge of special projects and commitments, including teaching engagements.
- Exercise judgment in various situations and maintain confidentiality.
- Handle expense reports and coordinate reporting across the company.
- Assist with composing correspondence and arranging travel plans.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage medical appointments and personal finances.
- Address family matters promptly.
- Handle personal shopping needs with attention to detail.
