Mission Ceviche Union Square is looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Pastry chef to join its team. As an Executive Pastry chef, you will prepare and present high-quality desserts to guests. If you are passionate and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Help with menu planning and development of new dishes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a restaurant.
- Strong understanding of food handling, food service, and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu planning and ability to create new dishes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Ability to work well within a team
