Key Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate corporate needs for SETS including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Zero Based Budget (ZBB) and STRAP Engineering Deliverables
- Define and coordinate New SETS Accolade structure and PFAT needs planning, coordination, validation and rollout with corporate primes
- SETS R&D budget management (planning, monthly alignment and actions to actively manage across SETS R&D)
- New corporate tools needs planning, coordination, validation and rollout with corporate primes
- Define and manage SAP new IT corporate alignment needs planning, coordination, validation and rollout with corporate primes
- Define and manage with finance automated means to acquire/confirm NPI production monthly actuals and backlogs
- Provide/develop ongoing SETS NPD process & tools deployments and training, and standard means (reports, tableau, powerbi, ...) utilized to report out on KPIs and key corporate factors used to measure NPI programs
- Manage and drive overall Engineering MOS, analytics, KPI reporting to support the continuous improvement of the organization, like Say Do, launch compliance, time reporting, billability, EAC, CPI/SPI etc
- Liaise across functions, offering management, ISC, finance & PMO to ensure launches are flawless
- Track and report all key NPI programs against approved schedules and stage gates and develop 8-D's working cross-business as required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or Business-Related Field
- Minimum 5 years of driving transformation through data analytics experience
