We are hiring an Executive VP of Operations. This role will be responsible for multiple hotel operations and the reporting responsibility of our Senior VPs of Operations and Regional Director of Operations, focusing on continuous improvement of operational and service standards as outlined by Concord Hospitality and our brand affiliates.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle long range planning, troubleshooting and projects as directed by our COO.
  • Liaise with our CEO, brands, hotel owners and operators, ensuring needs are met and relationships are positive and successful.
  • Conduct negotiations with brand consultants and other parties to achieve set goals, keeping the interest of the company in mind and maintaining positive relationships with all parties.
  • Lead and direct efforts of our operations teams, ensuring quality and consistency amongst our hotels.
  • Maintain focus on upholding brand standards, policies, and procedures, staying involved in various professional networks with brands and peers, assuring Concord is on the cutting edge of operationally.
  • Regularly perform asset evaluations ensuring that daily operations protect owners' assets, keep owners abreast of hotel performance variations, trends, and forecasting.
  • Analyze score cards to ensure hotels are operating at maximum potential.
  • Prepare and maintain annual department budgets.
  • Engage discipline leaders to effectively support hotel operations.
  • Inspire, embrace, and support the Concord Cornerstones and culture, be an advocate of our culture.
  • Act as a resource for human resources issues as needed and ensure that company policies are followed.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams within the different quality brands and with multi-unit properties.
  • Ability to conceptualize and articulate business presentations and strategies from a financial and operations perspective.
  • Experience managing and leading teams with multi-unit properties.
  • Ability to work and to develop strong relationships with multiple hotel operators and owners, asset managers, brand leaders and all levels of associates within the Concord family.
  • Ability to develop hotel leaders to their fullest potential for future promotional opportunities.
  • Prior leadership experience as a General Manager in full-service environments.

Pay Range: $300,000 - $350,000
