Our Homewood Suites by Hilton Santa Clarita property is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the Department Associates and P&L
* Interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and motivating Housekeeping staff
* Implement Hilton Hotels and Brand operational procedures for the housekeeping department
* Train staff on the Brand's standard in the Quality of Service
* Assign and inspect rooms daily
* Controls ordering, managing, and inventory of supplies throughout the month.
* Reviews all costs associated with the Department and approve budgeted expenses using checkbook accounting methods
* Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards, and departmental policies are being met.
Job Requirements
* Previous hotel housekeeping management experience required.
* Skilled in hotel systems and technologies
* Experience working with the Hilton Family of brands a plus
* Must be organized and detail-oriented.
* Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule due to business needs

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
