The ED of WW Multiple Myeloma - CELMoD Portfolio, will lead the commercial development and launch of our CELMoD assets (Iberdomide & Mezigdomide). The CELMoD program is one of our top pipeline opportunities, with multi-billion dollar potential revenues.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as the commercial lead on the Global Product Team, providing critical commercial input and shaping the overall product strategy and clinical development / life cycle plans. Oversee governance stewardship through key "GT5" processes.
- Establish optimal TPPs for differentiation in a very competitive landscape and define clear strategic imperatives to gain and maintain leadership position.
- Immediate deliverables include disease landscape and unmet need, competitive assessments, TPP for various combinations, revenue forecast, scenario planning.
- Develop brand strategy and launch planning (@ T-24 month), collaborate with core markets to ensure launch readiness, and drive successful execution of the brand strategy
- Launch activities include leading GT6 and associated workstreams - positioning, messaging, branding, label optimization, forecasting, brand planning, and other key projects/activities
- Ensure strong collaboration and alignment of overall strategy with Disease Strategy Team and other Myeloma asset teams including Alnuctumab and Cell Therapy.
- Engage with key opinion leaders, establish strong partnerships, and ensure appropriate customer feedback and customer-centric thinking in strategic plans
- Manage a team of 2 direct reports.
- Oversee budget for marketing and extended commercial team functions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with 4+ years of commercial experience and preferably at least 3 years oncology/hematology therapeutic area
- Experience launching and/or developing new products, ideally in hematology/oncology
- Skilled at developing strategic plans, positioning, branding, and messaging
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, adept with business analytics & forecasting
- Demonstrated customer insight and analytical skills, including market research and competitive landscape analysis, and financial analysis
- Excellent communications skills; ability to make compelling presentations to executive management; strong influencing skills, collaborating across functions and geographies
