Experienced Director of Proposal Management
7+ years of federal government Proposal Management experience
5 years of experience supporting proposals for Health, Science, and Technology customers
Demonstrated experience using established industry best practices, processes, and systems
Demonstrated success in all phases of technical proposal strategy, design, and production
Demonstrable record of designing and producing winning multi-million-dollar proposals and knowledge of Proposal best practices
A detailed understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations federal government contract types required
Superior organization, writing, delegation and time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Hands on strategic multi-tasker ability required
Understands how communications can influence business results and is able to articulate this dynamic in interactions with senior executives
Demonstrated ability to counsel and effectively influence with and without authority
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management; ability to project a confident leadership image to peers, subordinates, and executive management
Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in relevant field
DUTIES:
Director of Proposal Management for our Proposal Center of Excellence to contribute to the growth of new and retention of current business through the development of winning proposals
Works closely with executive leadership, capture personnel, operations management, and external partners
Duties are performed within a team environment with a focus on quality and excellence
