The Executive Director, TechOps Performance, Governance and Compliance, ensures the Operational, Financial and Experiential strategy and business outcomes are achieved. By leading the governance process of Global TechOps, this job will ensure business results and outcomes are clearly set through the planning process, measured through modern, digital means, and communicated regularly across IT and with key IT business stakeholders. This job also facilitates the decision-making process working across, towers and IT functions to help enable collaboration and outstanding user experiences. By leveraging data and facts the leader will bring transparency to team performance, recommend initiatives to improve and achieve superior results that delight our end users, inspire our technology teams and ultimately enable our IT strategy.
A large portion of the IT operating budget is attributed to outsourced services and there is significant value that will be extracted in partnership with our outsource provider, Wipro. To effectively manage this and achieve our business results, this job will ensure that financial processes, (pricing, costing and expense management) are efficient and continuously optimized. This includes the utilization of program/project management, process improvement methodologies, problem solving, coaching, and KPI's including SLAs and XLAs to achieve specific organizational change and financial objectives. This role works closely with the business owners within Technology Operations to establish measurement plans, identify and quantify process improvement opportunities, implement change and build and execute control plans.
The Global TechOps organization is continuously transforming to lead the industry in innovative technology enablement. The Global Head of TechOps will partner will collaborate with the TechOps leadership and partner with Wipro to prioritize, design and implement a roadmap of initiatives that transform how we serve our business users, leverage cloud, edge and new technologies to power and protect our applications and create a TechOps mindset of thought leadership and service.
Leads operational performance process: Goal setting, measuring, analyzing creating insights and communicating broadly
Drives the sourcing (Wipro) Governance Process - partnering with Wipro to design and execute
Manages the TechOps Transformation portfolio/program management, partnering with TechOps portfolio manager and leadership team.
Manages business case value realization and cost optimization operations, partnering with OneSource and IT Finance
o Value Realization of $70MM over 5 years
o Annualized Operational spend >$200MM
Drives the IT Compliance processes, defines and implements improvements and ensures timely reporting and remediation
Conducts deep-dive business reviews and provides monthly/quarterly business reviews (e.g., ITLT QBR)
Leads, with other functions (Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance), all Global TechOps annual planning processes (LRP, Budget, Project Portfolio and Transformative initiatives)
Collaborates with TechOps leadership to drive culture of Joy, Thought Leadership and Experience Management
Leads opportunities to lean and simplify processes for sustained productivity gains and business impact.
Is a highly involved and strong ambassador of Global TechOps regularly engaging with IT Technology leaders to solicit feedback and improvement opportunities. Active in all IT cultural touchstone moments (Hackathon, Tech Day in Pink, Day of Service...)
Act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change throughout the business, setting the pace of change to grow the business and make it more efficient.
Present ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior management to attain support on projects and serves as a recognized expert and resource leader for process focus areas
15 Years Relevant Experience
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent discipline; MBA a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $168,500 to $292,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
