Executive Director Opportunity Description
Our client is a multi-site provider of Hospice and they have a current opening for an Executive Directorfor a hospice branch in the greater Charlotte, NC area. A Registered Nurse is required. Hospice leadership experience is a must. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!
Executive Director Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge in Hospice rules and regulations.
• Clinical, operational, and financial acumen.
• Passion for hospice. Mission/Values driven.

Executive Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a hospice branch.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Promote positive culture and mentor staff.
