Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead the establishment and operations of Bridges of Parkview. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for senior living, possessing the skills to create a warm, engaging environment that promotes the well-being of our residents. As the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing a team committed to delivering unparalleled care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for Bridges of Parkview, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in resident care, hospitality, and community engagement.
- Community Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff, and the local community to promote Bridges of Parkview as a premier senior living community.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and uphold the highest standards of care and safety.
- Financial Management: Responsible for budget development and financial performance, optimizing resources to meet community goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in senior living or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of senior living regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful team building and leadership.
Minimum eligibility requirements
Bachelor degree in related field preferred
Experience of 3 years or more in a retirement, skilled long term care, or assisted living industry
preferred.
Must hold an NC Assisted Living Administrators License
Must have work history demonstrating a strong ability to hire, direct, and manage associates
Must be knowledgeable of DHSR regulations.
Must be certified and in good standing with DHSR.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community and state
officials/surveyors, State hospitals and general public.
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
