Our team is searching for an Executive Coordinator who will ensure that executives constantly remain engaged in the organization staff and Board of Directors. As Executive Coordinator, you will keep company operations running smoothly for their executive leaders, while also assuring the efficient and accurate completion of all clerical duties and office procedures within the management team. Using your organizational skills and attention to detail, you will:
- Keep executives organized with logistics, meetings, and emails throughout the day,
- Assist project coordination ensuring the timely completion of creative projects through maintenance of a project management software program, board management software program, and/or other task and communication management tools,
- Maintain board member documentation and coordination including scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and coordinating compliance efforts, and
- Complete other clerical functions as the need arises.

This is accomplished through housing, counseling, support, education, intervention, collaborations, partnerships, information, referrals, and networking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and $15,000/$30,000 bodily liability car insurance.
- Must be able to obtain child abuse, state police, fingerprint-based criminal background check, and sex offender registry clearances.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in office suite programs and other software systems.
- Ability to establish, develop, and maintain an effective and pleasant working relationship with staff, clients, other allied Social Service personnel and the general public.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Annual income based on experience: $48,152.00 – $52,707.20. This position is salaried, exempt.
