An upscale trendy high-energy and high-volume venue known for great food as well as events is seeking its next outstanding Executive Chef. We are looking for a passionate individual that possesses great experience with high-volume a la carte, as well as banqueting and special events. While we seek a highly capable culinary expert, finding someone that is also a patient teacher and coach is equally important. The successful applicant must have a proven and balanced track record of providing a high-quality and consistent product while keeping costs in line and motivating a tremendously focused and dedicated team. Our next Executive Chef ideally has experience in both, hotel and/or catering background paired with independent restaurants and/or corporate restaurant experience. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running.

Executive Chef MUST HAVES:

• Computer Proficiency - POS (Toast), Restaurant 365, Compeat, Hotschedules
• Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar
• High Volume Experience (5M and up)
• Extensive experience with banquets and events.
• Expertise in cost of labor and food-cost control as well as inventory management
• Positive and motivational leadership style.
