Granicus needs a Project Team Coordinator for our remote Costa Rica team. This Project Team Coordinator role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' Digital Services Implementation team. This team is responsible for revolutionizing the way that Governments serve their communities, by developing innovation in the digital services and software as a service (SaaS) space.  

As a Project Team Coordinator, you'll be key partner in the successful rollout of projects across our customer base by assisting project managers and customers. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for organization, developing processes and helping people reach their objectives. In this role, you will optimize productivity and remove impediments that obstruct the portfolio's goals by preserving the team's ability to rapidly respond to change. The right candidate can drive cross-team and cross-functional improvements by planning, collaboration, and coordination across the multiple disciplines without losing sight of the overall goals. 

What your impact will look like here:

• Coordinate and facilitate project Team and customer meetings as necessary
• Act as a facilitator on project calls, an impartial referee, to ensure best possible outcomes 
• Document meeting minutes, record and follow up on action items 
• Actively work within the global organization to remove impediments
• Collaborate with members of the Implementation Team to facilitate the progress of the deliverables across projects 
• Collaborate with members of the Technical Team to facilitate the progress of the projects 
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the organization's standards and practices Team Performance Reporting 
• Monitor and report on the performance of the deliverable daily
• Pro-actively take action to ensure alignment to objectives and goals 
• Employ continuous improvement methodologies to increase Team efficiency and deliverable quality 
• Provide feedback to Project Leadership on team performance and adherence to the organization's standards and practices Project Management 
• Use metrics and ratings to monitor and report on project Team performance 
• Communicate the status of the projects throughout the project lifecycle to Stakeholders 
• Identify and communicate project risks and issues
• Identify and partner with project stakeholders 
• Using good communication practices establish a trusting relationship with project stakeholders 
• Assist in driving projects to their published schedules, deadlines and milestones 
• Manage and maintain tools, metrics, and related processes 
• Work with a cross-functional, fully remote, multi-time zone global team to complete project commitments 
• Shadow Implementation Consultants and Project Managers on projects as required
• Create and maintain project plans, project status reports, and other relevant project documentation
• Collaborate and work closely with internal partners. You will be fostering relationships with coworkers across the company to support their efforts while delivering
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

You'll love this job if you have / can:

• 1 - 2 years of experience working in software/tech, specifically around project management, and/ or business analysis
• Demonstrate and ensure timely and thorough communication of strategy, deliverable status, and results
• A relentless commitment to doing the most valuable work first
• Excellent communications skills - listening, verbal, and written
• Work both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, some remote
• Be a self-starter that functions well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing demands
• A passion for customers and value the importance of user experience
• A Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and reference-able customer relationships
