Granicus needs a Project Team Coordinator for our remote Costa Rica team. This Project Team Coordinator role lives within the customer engagement arm of the Granicus' Digital Services Implementation team. This team is responsible for revolutionizing the way that Governments serve their communities, by developing innovation in the digital services and software as a service (SaaS) space.
As a Project Team Coordinator, you'll be key partner in the successful rollout of projects across our customer base by assisting project managers and customers. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for organization, developing processes and helping people reach their objectives. In this role, you will optimize productivity and remove impediments that obstruct the portfolio's goals by preserving the team's ability to rapidly respond to change. The right candidate can drive cross-team and cross-functional improvements by planning, collaboration, and coordination across the multiple disciplines without losing sight of the overall goals.
