Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent kitchen management skills, including inventory control and cost management
- Proficient in food service management principles and practices
- Knowledge of banquet operations and experience in catering large events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests
