Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of culinary professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Create and develop innovative menu items that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective strategies for menu planning and pricing
- Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Coordinate with other departments, such as banquet or restaurant management, to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated with industry trends and new cooking techniques to continuously improve culinary offerings

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent kitchen management skills, including inventory control and cost management
- Proficient in food service management principles and practices
- Knowledge of banquet operations and experience in catering large events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
