Looking for individuals with proven success as a culinarian and solid experience as Executive Chef in a luxury hotel environment. This Executive Chef possesses a passion for cooking and eagerness to nurture and develop a team of devoted sous chefs and cooks.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Chef facilitates the organization of the kitchen operation in accordance with our culinary partners
- The Executive Chef is capable of controlling labor and operating expenses. Hiring/training and development.
- This Executive Chef possesses a passion for cooking and eagerness to nurture and develop a team of devoted sous chefs and cooks. Oversee all outlet operations, banquets/ird/restaurants etc
Qualifications:
- Strong luxury/fine dining background in hotels, must have high volume experience up F&B does up to $40 million a year
- Ability to effectively work directly under/with the Director of Food and Beverage.
- Ideally someone who has been and EC once before
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
