Summary/Objective
The Executive Assistant assists the Branch Manager with carrying out duties for the day-to-day operations of office to aid in its continued growth and development.
Essential Duties

- Screens and forwards incoming phone calls for the Branch manager and provides branch information as needed.
- Assists in managing branch invoice payments.
- Maintains and updates calendars for the Branch Manager.
- Assists the Branch Manager in the management of branch contracts and agreements.
- Assists in the onboarding process.
- Gathers data critical to Branch Manager’s ongoing analytics of branch performance and goals.
- Assists in managing the inventory of branch assets.
- Assists the Branch Manager with inputting data upon request.

- Communicates ideas in writing and orally in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively use software programs, such as the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Required Education/Experience
Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and three years of executive administrative experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
Preferable to have a Bachelor’s degree and five years of executive administrative experience in the mortgage or real estate industries.
