Job Description

The primary responsibility of our EA/Office Manager will be managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. As the Office Manager for the company the individual will be responsible for managing the facilities at all Office Revolution offices, ensuring the facilities are well-maintained, organized, and conducive to a productive work environment.

Executive Assistant responsibilities

  • Completing a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda materials.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences internally and externally.
  • Assisting executives with travel and expenses.
  • Taking notes during meetings.
  • Formatting information for internal and external communication, in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to employees.

Office Manager responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of office facilities, including maintenance, and arranging repairs. 
    • Chicago, Bannockburn, Cleveland, Columbus, Raleigh
  • Handling mail/package deliveries and shipments.
  • Overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office supplies, snacks and beverages, furniture, and equipment. (All locations)
  • Coordinating and ordering catering for company and client events.
  • Being the primary liaison with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. This may include managing contracts and overseeing service level agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  •  Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Project, and Outlook 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
