Executive Assistant & Human Resources Coordinator

As the Ann Arbor Holistic Health Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator, you will provide direct high-level support to the Clinical Director and will coordinate the Human Resources and payroll functions for the team.

Duties & Expectations:
- Ensure the Director’s needs are anticipated and taken care of quickly & efficiently
- Coordinate hiring searches, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding
- Perform initial interviews for all roles
- Ensure a smooth & ultra-welcoming onboarding process for all new team members
- Develop Performance & Growth Plans for all team members
- Coordinate Check-In Meetings between team members and their supervisors & ensure they occur on-schedule
- Review team Check-in forms & identify any necessary action steps
- Manage team access to various software & systems
- Manage contractor invoices
- Manage PTO usage & benefits enrollment
- Development & management of Employee Handbook
- Create documentation of all related SOPs
- Participate in weekly Team meetings
- Monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have an interest in holistic health & wellness
- Extreme attention to detail
- Advanced computer literacy
- 3+ years experience in an administrative role
- High energy, excellent written & verbal communication skills, proactive and self-starter, and highly self-organized
- Must be able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
- Interest & ability to refine processes with the goal of creating efficiencies
- Quiet & professional workspace with reliable strong WiFi connection
- Reliable computer, smartphone, and cell phone signal
- Work may be delivered by Voxer, electronic client management software, Zoom, smartphone, email, VOIP, or other designated systems
