We're looking for a versatile and experienced executive assistant to join the Business Finance, International & Global Channel Development Team based in Seattle. This team is responsible for elevating the Starbucks brand globally by developing and executing the financial strategies that enable the long-term growth of the company. This role will provide executive level administrative support to the svp, Business Finance, International & Global Channel Development and Finance Team. We are looking for partners with a high level of integrity, problem solving capabilities, and proactive organizational skills who are comfortable with ambiguity and possess the capability to meet the demands of the team. This role will be an integral part of the fast-paced leadership team and act as a mentor and coach to the admin team. As an executive assistant, you will...
• Supports the svp, Business Finance, International & Global Channel Development by representing the leader and the leadership team with a high level of interpersonal savvy and efficiency
• Lead the day-to-day support of calendaring, travel, invoices, expenses, and other administrative functions while adhering to international time zones.
• Organize and schedule team meetings, both in person and virtual, either leveraging audiovisual equipment, or setting up meeting facilities.
• Deepens understanding of the rhythm of the business to anticipate executive's needs, proactively drives processes to support executive/team deliverables and priorities.
• Collaborate with external and enterprise network
• Handles confidential and sensitive information with internal and external contacts with a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Schedule executive domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures. Proactively address all aspects of the executive's travel to ensure productivity, travel regulations and safety.
• Actively engage with the executive's direct report team to ensure alignment of priorities and open communication paths.
• Forward-thinking, proactive, reliable, and act with integrity.
We'd love to hear from people with:
• Progressive administrative experience 7-9 yrs.
• Providing support to executive level management or equivalent 7-9 yrs.
• Fast-paced environment 7-9 yrs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Broad knowledge and understanding of the business, including both function and company priorities
