Executive Assistant At Private Elementary School

Full time, 100% On-site, East Capitol Hill

Pay rate: $80 - 95K DOE

Temp-to-hire role (fantastic benefits available in regular position - occurs usually after about 3 mo)

You'll: 

• Provide direct support to Head of School, light support for Leadership Team, liaise and provide meeting minute documentation for the Board of Trustees.
• Oversee and help coordinate project timelines strategic initiatives
• Represent the School and its Leadership in executive communications and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Collaboratively interface and problem-solve with a growth mindset  

Your skills:

• High discernment and prioritization with a personable with a welcoming presence. 
• Ability to pivot easily from tactical implementation to strategic vision.
• More than a gatekeeper: you'll read, research, collect, analyze and advise Head of School.
• Enthusiasm for - and experience in - creating standard operating procedures, logistics and agendas for meetings along with project management.
• Experience upholding strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Scheduling, calendar and meeting requests.
• Senior admin support with at least 3 years of Executive/C-suite experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite product familiarity including online calendaring/meeting tools and cloud systems
