Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO in Florida and closely with our leadership team in North Carolina. This dynamic role requires providing high-level support to the CEO helping manage a successful work/life balance. Additional task will include managing CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, activates, travel, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. A successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO, providing exceptional support in both professional and personal aspects.
Requirements:Exceptional Organizational Skills: Manage CEO's emails and schedule, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities to ensure efficient time management.
Excellent Communication Skills: Interact with employees, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO, demonstrating clear and professional communication.
Discretion and Trustworthiness: Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and assist with legal and financial tasks to alleviate the CEO's administrative burden.
Adaptability/Problem Solving: Adapt to changing priorities and solve various issues to alleviate the CEO’s workload.
Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail when managing the CEO's affairs to prevent mistakes with significant consequences.
Tech Savvy: Utilize software and technology for digital communication and scheduling.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Local to Sarasota FL, or High Point, NC
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
