Position Title: Executive Assistant to CEO and COO
Reporting to: CEO/COO
Location: Bentonville, AR
Salary Range: 70k-80k
About the Position
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Operations Officers is a key role at Art Bridges, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO/COO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong aptitude for managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within the CEO/COO's office and will collaborate closely with other staff members to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the CEO/COO's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO/COO.
• Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-staff meetings.
• Support development of Board materials and scheduling for Board meetings and communications.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication by acting as a liaison between the CEO/COO and other departments.
• Handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost discretion.
• Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative positions.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of business software and technology tools including Salesforce, Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Project Management platforms.
• Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks across workstreams and tech platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, in person role. Our Flexible Work Policy allows an option to work one day per week from home between Tuesday and Thursday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Visual acuity to review written materials is required for this job.
Work environment: Work will be performed in an office environment, museum spaces, and in communities served. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. The noise level in the office is usually low to moderate.
