About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant onsite in Loveland, CO, who will provide effective administrative support in a culture that thrives on winning. If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are highly organized with a proactive attitude, and do well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, this is the opportunity for you!
Duties in this role include but are not limited to: calendar management, domestic and international travel planning, meeting management, reporting of key metrics, presentations, and other specified initiatives for Vice President level executives.
Day-to-day you will:
- Provide confidential administrative support to three Vice Presidents
- Manage and maintain executive schedules/calendars/email
- Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel, including expense reporting
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings and committees
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions, meetings, and formal presentations
- Compose routine correspondence
- Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site or off-site, both local and international related to company business.
Are you qualified?
- 5+ years of prior experience in providing support to senior executive(s) using tools including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong track record interacting professionally with, and for, a diverse customer base with integrity
- Demonstrated organization skills with shown ability to deliver commitments on time and accurately the first time
The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

- Excellent computer skills using Windows and MS Office, which includes Teams and Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience using Apple Macs (in addition to Windows PCs) and iPhones preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and external partners
- Demonstrated strong self-starter, independent, pro-active, and self-motivated, with strong learning agility while having the flexibility to handle change calmly and professionally
- Resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative
- Ability to work well both in team environments as well as operate independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy
