The Executive Assistant is responsible for advanced level administrative support to Executive Vice President, Vice President and other senior staff as assigned. Composes correspondence; compiles and analyzes data for reports; manages phone calls; coordinates calendar(s) by scheduling and coordinating meetings; records, processes and distributes meeting reports and minutes; acts in a proactive manner in performance of duties; and operates with minimal supervision. At a minimum, must perform established Washington Health System Core Executive Assistant Skills & Responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
a. Provides advanced level administrative support including correspondence, communication processes, report writing, data analysis and calendar management.
b. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the offices assigned.
c. Develops support systems for tracking, monitoring, analyzing, reporting or storing of business performance.
d. Coordinates and participates in specialized activities to support the leadership of the organization.
e. Assumes a proactive approach to problems and issues.

Experience
Preferred- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as Administrative Assistant required.
Education
Required- High School/GED or better
- Associates or better in Business Administration or related field
