Job Description
We are excited to invite an organized and personable Executive Administrator / Office Manager to support the owner of our 25-year-old Fashion company. As an intricate part of the executive team, you will work directly with owner assisting her in both personal and business administration needs.
A Day In The Life:
Every day will vary in this role but from week to week you will be responsible for:
- Calendar Management
- Managing Personal Appointments
- Ordering lunch / confirming dinner and event reservations - business and personal
- Booking Travel business and personal
- Scheduling car pick ups
- Planning Events, Parties, and Catering
- Attending meetings as requested, take notes and facilitate follow-up.
- Ensuring that her computer and computer programs are properly working/ Coordinate with IT department should problems arise
- Managing Passwords
- Helping the owner address employee concerns
- Supporting the CEO and CFO as needed on special projects.
Showroom Assistance
- Managing Outgoing and Incoming Samples
- Ordering Office Supplies, Water, Copy paper.
- Showroom Calendar Management (Manage 4-showrooms calendars)
- Scheduling and/or Maintenance Repairs (Air conditioning, cleaning company, copy machines, Telephone system, Fire protection, water coolers)
- Helping the receptionist with welcoming, greeting and directing visitors

Requirements:
- 3-6 years Executive Administration or Showroom management
- Wholesale experience preferred.
- Clear, concise communication and detailed follow-up a must.
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Outlook is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick to adapt to new environments and exceptional ability to master new technology.
- Dedicated and organized with impeccable time management.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 Dependent on Experience
