Job Description
This position will be working with investment representatives. This position ensures that all new investments comply with policy, audit procedures, federal regulations and Bank standards. Additionally, this position maintains renewals, financial tracking and exception clearing. Coordinates with account officers, customers, and other operational areas of the bank to produce efficient and accurate service and maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Experience working in an investments office is preferred
- Experience in financial services preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong working knowledge Excel and Word skills
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
- Provide general administrative support
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Cultivating client relationships
- Assist financial advisor with client support and time management
- Handle financial operational problems, such as issues with statements and transactions
- Scheduling for advisors
- Account Opening
- Monthly performance reporting
- Prepare for client meeting and reviews
- Check processing
- Required compliance reporting
- Keep up with all licensing and requirements for all licensed representative
