Events Project Manager

Manage speaker and presentations for Possible events in London and Los Angeles:
- owning receipt of speaker presentations, videos, headshots, bios and session summaries
- managing these content assets in the Speaker Resource Center (SRC )in the Cvent system
- tracking and following up on assets
- owning and updating master tracker for session titles, times, speakers and locations
- working with content and creative teams to have assets reviewed and edited as needed
- working with other members of Event team to communicate and align information on speaker travel and accommodation
- scheduling rehearsals and hair and make up for all Mainstage speakers
- updating Trello board and Programming deck as required for session information
