San Antonio Winery of Riboli Family Wines is looking for an experienced Events and Facilities Coordinator for our State-of-the-art, Certified Sustainable Paso Robles Winery and event locations.
About the Position:
The Events and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for marketing, planning, and executing all Events, VIP guests, and tours as well as maintaining the facilities of the Event Center and family-owned properties. This position will also assist at the Tasting Room.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
- Reach out to vendors to secure event dates and necessary equipment is ordered.
- Work with marketing to create collateral to promote
- Travel to various local businesses to drop off event flyers and do event
- Set-Up and Break-Down of the events at the Tasting Room and Event Center location.
- Manage Tripleseat reservation system to track and reply to any incoming Event and Reservation inquiries in a timely
- Reply to all new event leads in Tripleseat on a timely basis.
- Email correspondence with potential guests'
- Organize Private Tastings and Tours as well as execute those events.
- Assist the Tasting Room staff during busy times and during weekends and holidays.
- Attend Chamber and Wineries of 46 East Meetings.
- Represent RFW at local events such as Blend Fest, Wine Fest, etc.
- Conduct Production Facility Tours as
- Assist VIP groups with their lunch orders and tastings within the Paso
- Maintain the organization of the Event Center closets including linens, tables, and miscellaneous supplies.
- Manage VIP's events and tours.
- Prepare Event Center before and breakdown after events.
- Create and maintain a working inventory list for the Event Center.
- Update and maintain Event Center catering and rental options and pricing.
- Track and notify any groups staying at the various vineyard
- Stock any kitchen/food items groups need for during family stay at the
- Travel to properties for inspections, and mail collection.
- Meet with vendors for repairs and maintenance of properties.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Event Planning and/or Facilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a winery.
- Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
- $26.00 - $29.00 Per Hour + DOE plus Gratuity.
