Position:Facilities Project Coordinator

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $33.00 /hourly

Location: Lodi, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description:
The Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of Facilities Projects. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The Coordinator will report to the Corporate Real Estate Development and Construction Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Project, and Access.
  • Assists in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
  • Provide support to accomplish all premises-related projects.
  • Managing all facility service requests (FSRs).
  • Communicates with branches and tenants regarding property-related issues.
  • Coordinates with branches tenants, and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
  • Collects and processes monthly invoices, and maintains records of payments and rental activity. Provide rental notices for increases - tracking all common area maintenance costs.
  • Coordinates with outside vendors to arrange for trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other services.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Controller over long long-term file storage.
  • In charge of all onsite shipping and deliveries-including FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.
  • In charge of stocking refreshments

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in business, management, or real estate preferred)

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facilities, construction, lease and property management or real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
