As an Events Coordinator, you will report to the National Events Manager.
The Events Coordinator drives sales and increases brand market share through Education and Events within various retailers. The Events Coordinator will drive the execution of event strategies and activations to exceed sales goals in the multi-retailer landscape. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with retailers and the Field Team will be critical to the success of this role.
This position will also engage, coach, and develop the Field Team that supports Beauty Barrage client brands in all supported retailers. It will focus on achieving sales and event-specific goals through the leadership of strategy for Education/Sales visits and event execution. Social media and product expertise will be a significant component of the role as a way to elevate the artistry and training presence on the team.
Our Events Coordinator is expected to be a strong self-starter who has great confidence and persuasive communication skills. It is also essential that you can inspire, influence, and cultivate strong relationships as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
***This is a hybrid role, with three office days and two days in the field (Friday and Saturday)***
