The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment
$50,000 -$70,000
Requirements:
We're looking for a person that will be responsible for the technical operational aspect of the virtual event platform.
First 2-3 months you will learn all there is to know about Kaltura’s Virtual Event platform, about the configurations, content updates, coordination, and different site operations.
The work is usually in regular workday hours Mon-Fri. In peak times/different time zone events, the work will include weekends/evenings/nights.
After qualifying and passing the internal training period you will take a lead part in our virtual events team.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the site operation tasks (content upload, site configurations, site mapping and quality assurance) pre, during and post event.
- Pre-event, during-event & post-event monitoring which may include providing technical moderation for live chat rooms.
- Work closely with Kaltura’s international customers to collect and map the custom configuration assets per virtual event.
- Serving as the main technical focal point for the customer as well as the rest of the internal team, in order to insure best product utilization.
- Applying self-management and leadership skills when working with the rest of the team.
- Prioritize and assess situations based on critical thinking.
Skills:
- High technical skills (HTML / JSON knowledge is an advantage).
- Excellent team-working qualities.
- Fluent in English- a must.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Good in project planning, leadership and management.
- Customer service orientated.
- Autodidact with a pro-active personality.
- Advantage – Experience with Confluence, Jira, AirTable and Excel.
- Advantage – Studies in computer science, industrial engineering or business administration.

- Based in NY (US).

- Availability to work 24/7 shifts.
