We are now looking to grow our Kona Krew! Work fun events! Work outdoors! Flexible hours! Free Konas! Tips and bonuses! This is a fast-paced and fun job in a quick growing company where one day will never EVER be like the next. Serve up Kona Ice at festivals, parties, fundraisers, concerts, sports, and more! Customers are always happy to see us!

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to

· Create an amazing Kona Ice Experience

· Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity & enthusiasm

· Able to communicate with team member and guest requests in a loud environment

· Serve shaved ice to the customers at the serving window

· Complete orders with speed and accuracy

· Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment

· Accept payments and operate Square POS

· Closely following sanitation and food safety preparations

· Secure truck and exit area safely at end of event

· Perform basic cleaning of unit/warehouse

· Complete beginning and end of shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking

· Maintain an ULTRA-CLEAN and super-sanitary work space

· Quickly restock and reload supplies

· Follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines

Locally owned and operated, Kona Ice of Carson City and South Reno has served the community with two mobile shaved ice trucks and has fundraised thousands of dollars for our community since 2023. Our mission is to bring the Kona Ice Experience to our community and to create a work environment where our Kona Krew Family thrive. Shaving ice is what we do, giving back is who we are.
