Divine Events is looking to welcome an energetic Social & Wedding Sales Specialist to our team! As the driving force behind our sales efforts, you will have the opportunity to network, prospect, and build relationships with clients to help some of the most memorable experiences of their lives. You will be the primary salesperson for our venue partnership with Cili Bali Hai.

Responsibilities:

· Strong negotiating skills and enjoys closing sales.

· Produce and manage sales based on incoming and outgoing leads.

· Identify, qualify, and solicit new business to achieve revenue goals.

· Responsible for sending information, arranging tours, following up with potential clients, and booking and detailing events and Weddings.

· Work with clients to identify their needs and collaborate with culinary team to ensure the client vision is viable.

· Manage all aspects of the event planning from start to finish including BEO distribution and discussion.

· Effectively manage timelines to meet deadlines of all departments.

· Creatively embrace ideas to improve services offered and quality of events.

· Create contracts, ensures signed contracts and payments for events are received, deposited, and are paid by due date.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in event sales, Wedding Sales, preferably in the hospitality or event industry

· A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

· Exceptional communications skills, with a talent for persuasive speaking and writing

· The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Caterease, TripleSeat, and other CRM software

· A degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field would be helpful.

· Neat and professional appearance and attire.

Shift:

· Day shift

· 50 plus hours per week

· Tuesday through Saturday workweek
