Event Specialist

We are looking for an Event Specialistresponsible for specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

• Support event activities for brand and industry events including pre-planning and onsite support.
• In collaboration with the Sr Director, drive all event strategies through creation and ownership of all event program of events, project plans and agendas.
• Sourcing and logistical management of external vendors.
• Creation and management of hotel and AV specs..
• Support registration processes before and during all brand events.
• Work with wider marketing team on development of event websites with supporting information to drive network attendance.
• Oversee housing process and room blocks for events.
• Management of Food and Beverage selection while adhering to negotiated budget allotmentCoordinate signage plan for events managing orders with vendor.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with project management
• Vendor management experience
• Stakeholder and C-suite leadership management experience prefered
• 5+ years of experience in event management
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel to in person events.

Pay Rate Range: $42.63
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
