The Event Sales & Planning Manager also host hotel tours, maintains strong customer relationships, participates and may lead event meetings and other staff meetings, and work as a team member with the sales and events staff. This role is the liaison between the hotel and the Event Clients. They are critical to cross-departmental communication and ensuring events are executed with the highest of guest satisfaction.
