Job Description: As an Event Planner, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating large-scale corporate events, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed. From scoping event venues to managing logistics, your expertise will contribute to the success of our events. This position offers opportunities for travel and professional growth within our organization.

Qualifications:

• Extensive travel (50%+) to events and scoping event venues.
• Valid Passport and Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 5 years’ meeting and event planning experience for large-scale corporate or government and/or entertainment industry events.
• Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
• 1-2 years of hospitality field experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle politics and conflict resolution.
• Adaptability to frequent change and short lead times.

Responsibilities:

• Review space requirements and manage event site selection process, including contract negotiations with hotels.
• Serve as the main contact with institutional and corporate clients to ensure the highest level of service.
• Produce all client-facing and internal event materials to maintain brand standards.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing event programs, collaborating with the marketing and/or sales team.
• Manage the creative process, including invites, event production, and audio-visual requirements.
• Support other team members on overall program logistics, production, and implementation.
• Conduct regular travel (local and international) for site inspections and on-site management of live events.
• Manage the overall annual calendar of events and collaborate with associated departments.
