- Proven ability with lead generation- Success with searching & finding new potential client opportunities through pro-active creative approaches
- Experience with converting new event business opportunities into sales
- Nurtures and grows relationships with existing & potential clients
- Strong understanding of, and expertise in, the sales process
- Talented in imagining & designing creative inspirational event themes for clients & new leads
- Delivers Impressive, Impactful & Informative Sales meetings, venue walk throughs & planning meetings
- Obsessive about details & organization
- Fanatic about quick response time to clients
- Strong follow-up skills
- Fierce and friendly negotiator with venues & vendors
- Naturally sees challenges as opportunities

Earning potential is $75,000- $85,000 annually (1st year) based on achieving a sales goal & $100,000+ annually (3rd year based on exceeding a sales goal)
