Duties:
- Onsite Supervisor wide range of events, including banquets, conferences, weddings, and corporate meetings
- Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure seamless event operations
- Maintain organizational systems and documentation related to events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of events
