DUTIES
- - Work closely with the events and sales team to identify and document the goals/needs of each event
-Work with third party vendors to coordinate client needs (ie equipment rental orders, production services, etc)
-Prepare communications for and about the events (ie meeting agendas, recap notes, task lists, projection spreadsheets, internal system updates etc)
-Assist sales team with final event documents (ie timeline updates, seating charts, rental orders, diagrams, guest preferences, etc)
-Attend events as needed to ensure they are successful and meet event goals and internal and external expectations
-Manage post-event activities, including post-event surveys and client/partner feedback reporting
-Other projects or duties as assigned (i.e., Event database entry & auditing, etc)
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years in prior event experience
prior project management experience
strong critical thinking skills
exceptional relationship building and collaboration skills
knowledge of office suite systems
Bonus: knowledge of tripleseat, opentable, resy, tok systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
