The responsibilities of an Event Assistant Trainee:
- Attend daily meetings in order to identify, develop, and utilize comprehensive strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Highlight new services, promotions, and packages to customers in a professional manner
- Input client information into our system accurately, such as billing, address, full name, packages, and any other confidential information
- Report back to management on industry trends and relevant competitor insights to increase margins
- Drive client loyalty by developing genuine relationships, being empathetic in conversation, and assisting with any arising concerns
The requirements of an Event Assistant Trainee:
- High school diploma or GED
- General knowledge or experience in customer service or client services
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations and easily adapt to changing organizational needs
- Highly motivated for personal growth and advancement
- Demonstrate excellent team communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships across all areas of the company

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
