Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading documents
- Available to work Saturday and Evening shifts
