AV-rated north bay firm A Multi-Practice Area Law Firm seeks Associate Attorney to join our Estate Planning, business, and litigation practice.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate would possess the following:

• License to practice law in California with no record of discipline
• 1-3 years' of recent experience in Estate Planning in California
• Candidates should have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:
• Trust and estate administration and litigation
• Related business and real property issues
• Tax law as pertains to related business
• Willingness to take on increasing responsibility, possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as technical expertise
• Superior analytical, communication, drafting, writing, research skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, collaborative, and thoughtful
• Ties to or an interest in living in Sonoma County are preferred
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Meeting with new and existing clients in regard to Estate Planning needs
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients and legal professionals
• Draft and review estate plans for modest to high-net worth clients, simple to complex and advanced estate, gift, and tax plans
