We are looking for a Senior Attorney that is an Estate Planning Geek who enjoys the production side of our business AND working directly with clients to provide superior service.
If you are an experienced Estate Planning attorney who enjoys - and is energized by – the challenging practice area of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration, then we would love to talk with you.
Salary and bonus up to $150,000+ based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Estate Planning Senior Attorney are consistent with those of an experienced legal professional in this practice area, including:

• Consult with prospective clients and lead them through our proprietary Estate Planning Process
• Provide expert legal advice and deliver superior Estate Planning and Asset Protection work products
• Research, design, and create customized Trust provisions
• Cultivate and manage professional referral relationships

This is a full-time, in-person role alternating between our Laguna Hills and San Clemente offices.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor of Law (JD) and active California Bar license
• 10+ years or more of Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others in a fast-paced, service-oriented firm
• Experience using WealthCounsel software preferred
