ERP & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

JOB PURPOSE:
ERP & Business Intelligence Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will oversee the NetSuite ERP system, creation of insightful Power BI reports, and manage company platforms like Google Administrator, Zoom, and Slack. This role ensures optimal performance, user accessibility, and alignment with business needs across all systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NETSUITE ERP MANAGEMENT
- Configuration & Customization: Utilize SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder to tailor the NetSuite environment to business needs, ensuring that custom scripts and workflows enhance system functionality without compromising performance. Data
- Management: Oversee data import, export, and transformation processes within NetSuite, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established data standards.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize the NetSuite environment. Regularly review and optimize saved searches, reports, and custom scripts.
- Integration: Manage and optimize integrations between NetSuite and other systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and third-party integration tools.
- Security: Implement and maintain role-based access controls, ensuring that users have appropriate permissions while adhering to best practices for data security.
POWER BI REPORTING
- Data Modeling: Use Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into Power BI. Design and maintain a robust data model to support complex reporting needs.
- DAX Formulas: Develop advanced DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and tables that drive insightful visualizations.
- Visualization: Design interactive reports and dashboards using a variety of visualization tools within Power BI, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness.
- Publishing & Distribution: Manage the publishing of reports to the Power BI service, ensuring that data is refreshed regularly and that reports are accessible to authorized users.
- Optimization: Regularly review and optimize Power BI reports for performance, ensuring that data queries and visualizations load efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP administration and customization.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, and data architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Ensure NetSuite ERP system runs at optimal performance with less than 0.5% unplanned downtime.
- Deliver Power BI reports and dashboards with a 95% or higher accuracy rate.
- Address and resolve at least 90% of technical issues and queries within 24 hours.
- Continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders, aiming for a 90% satisfaction rate in system usability and report accuracy.
