We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to serve as our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain technical expert and system administrator. As a valued team member, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall performance, security, and seamless operation of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 application.
What You'll Get To Do Every Day:
Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to authority for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, managing technical aspects, system configurations, and fostering a strong vendor relationship with Microsoft.
Solve Challenges: Dive into the heart of technical issues, incidents, and service requests, utilizing your expertise to diagnose, investigate, and resolve them efficiently.
Customize and Optimize: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to align with our business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Maintain Stability: Apply patches, updates, and enhancements to uphold system stability and security, ensuring a smooth operational experience.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing support and collaborating on strategic ERP deployments. Communicate effectively with key users to optimize system usage and share best practices.
Documentation Excellence: Keep comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and support-related activities, contributing to the overall knowledge base.
What You Need to Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Experience: Five years or more working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a Finance Functional Consultant. Proven experience in implementing modules, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Expertise: Familiarity with Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), General Ledgers (GL), Fixed Assets, Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse modules. Proficient in batch-job monitoring and troubleshooting, .NET, and X++ concepts.
Knowledge: Understand Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules and integrations, finance processes, relational databases, data migration concepts, and web services/APIs (REST, JSON, SOAP).
Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attitude: A proactive and strategic thinker with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
