Work Instructions Process Planners

Summary: Seeking experienced Process Planners specialized in creating and improving Work Instructions for manufacturing tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production or electronics

• Proficiency with CAD or other types of visual aids

• Familiarity with an MES-type system

• Technical certificate or College degree in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines

• A minimum of 4 years work experience

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering disciplines

• Experience with Aegis FactoryLogix

• Associate's Degree, or equivalent four years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Create manufacturing Work Instructions and procedures, converting them from current instruction system

• Improve manufacturing processes and procedures based on LEAN assembly principles

• Plan sequence of operations and specify procedures for various assembly tasks including soldering, component removal/installation, coating etc.

• Design sequence of operations and procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment that affect product performance.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
